Me and my 6yo where at academy tonight getting shoes. as we are walking out I turn to the guy behind me and said man you look like Dave Goodin. He replied back that's because I am Dave goodin. The Texas shredder is his nick name he is ifbb pro masters I believe. Dude was pretty cool he sat talked for a few.

Nothing wrong with 250mg a week guys. It's just not a cycle. He is basically shutting down his own test to be slightly above his natty test levels. I feel like what's the point??
Now if u need trt from low test then hell yes it's a great dose and yes 250mg a week a guy can look great with.

That s true. I would never tell someone who is perfectly healthy to dose up on 250 a week. And it is certainly not a cycleer se. Back in the day we did count it as part of the cucle though.
