I was told I need to do a sleep study and doc was 99% sure I would fail. They wanted to do surgery not cpap. My tongue needs to be cut and moved forward, tonsils removed and nasal passages roto rootered. Didn't do sleep study because if you fail a sleep study it's damn near impossible to get life insurance after.

wtf ,,, a sleep study is $400 and a cpap is another $400 ( insurance cost that is)
and that would not even cover the anaesthesiologist for surgery ... you would think they would try that first

This was several years ago my insurance would cover cpap but not surgery but I needed to get life insurance so I didn't do the sleep study.
