What kind of engineer? I am a construction Inspector, and am bigger than well everyone lol.

I am an aerospace engineer, do stress analysis on planes and space ships. Also have a minors in math and physics. Took a pick once with a guy I went to college with, when I saw the photo I freaked cause I was like four of him and that was before I started really getting big.

I had x mas family photos and the changes in myself even my face from one yr to the next were profound.....

I saw this and wonder if it's true?

I meant to address this point/issue. It dispels all the myths that's its growth or juice gut and enlarged organs because if that was true......it would never go away.

could be , maybe it just reminders him to suck it in , I saw something on preventing bubble gut by of all people Dave Palumbo..saying lifters push out their gut for heavy lift, but there is muscles that pull in the waist.( he learned in Yoga, lol) and you need to suck it in .and hold it

I remember growing up there was talk show on tv and I think it was Mentzer . that did "a rope "
where he pull in for a vaccum and then pushed out a section of his abs not horizontally but vertically

so it looked like a rope hanging down from his inside his chest cavity, then he moved "the rope" from side to side ,in a circular motion.
it was freaky... talk about stomach control..
