My trainer used to have this oil stuff we would put on then we would wrap ouselves in saran wrap go in the sauna then steam room then sauna tgen steam room all the while posing as hard as we could. That is brutal

Saw some pics from the NPC USA this past weekend in Vegas. The guy who won was super heavyweight Rasheed Oldacre. 5'9, 272. This guy looked like a pro and was shreaded! Pics are up at MuscularDevelopment.com.

He was not that shredded in those pics...huge yes, but he was holding water. Also has the distended midsection, but has the freaky size they like to see...plus he is a pro now and can really improve his conditioning and see how he does in his pro debut.

5'9" 272 WTF that is over 300 off season... the 400 lb 6'6" line man is gotta be no more that 5 years away

I think Ramy is 5'10. Jay Cutler is 5'9 and he was 302 off season! On stage 271!
