So I am not an expert at this post contest ,binge thing, but I would think
1) this meal would make you sick after dieting for months
2) It would be hard to be prepared for the Mr 0 in less than a month

Heck I would think he would have made better plans than McDonald's

I couldn't prepare for a physical in a month. Even as a non-pro it took me 3-4 months to prepare for a contest. And that wasn't enough. McDonald's? Ewe.
