I am looking for the 212's.. It may just my warped mind, but when I see gigantic beer glass they give as a trophy ,I keep waiting for someone to say "well now for the drug test, just fill up this specimen cup." ah probably just me

well this is a little crazy.. apparently on Tuesday there was a Kuwait pro ,( Big Ramy won)
then this week end is the Prague Pro. ..
So that is 4 pro contest , 3 continents in 3 weeks

I guess it would be better to suck it up for a couple more weeks and then have some time off
then a contest every 5-6 weeks ,but maintaining a diet/conditioning has to be brutal

Rammy is larger in all regards but Bonac is more conditioned IMHO. Almost a who's physique is more aesthetically appealing to the judges game....
They told Rammy he can't pose that's why he didn't win and Bonac is a better poser...

my understanding is Kuwait is one of those places you can get Juice over the counter .
Pharma grade everything for pennies on the dollar . no wonder these guys are training there

( of course it is the BLT that is hard to get since it is a Moslem country )

Yeah luminarco always mentions the "anabolic chicken" as he calls it but I call bullshit as far as yes it's easy to get over there but that is NOT why the pros look so good. It's about the great training facility and people they have pushing them both in the gym and diet wise when they train in Kuwait

well there is chicken and egg effect there .. great drugs, a track great people, and more people great facilities ... cycles grows and repeat.

just look at southern CA in the 70's

now the fact that it is so hot out you don't have to warm up is just a bonus ...

I remember seeing D James saying Thialand was great , always hot, over the counter drugs, only thing was Whey protein was not allowed since it used too much milk ...

these places show up now and again , Kuwait will move to some where else
