wow they are really diluting the name Mr Olympia,used to be just one a year
I accept the 212 ( the weight difference is just too much) but the ametuers , and other pro shows is way too much.
don't get me wrong I am all for pro's getting a pay check, but for Mr O . I follow the highlander principle

yeah a bud of mine just kind of put 2 and 2 together and realized that if you can squat 400 for sets, that can apply the same power to jumping pretty high. he realize he could do a front flip.. but I pointed out you have the power , now you need to practice so you don't kill you self.
didn't listen , he lost didn't plant the landing , he whacked his head on a bar that was on a bench , bleeding pretty good.
