Seo and marketing

Anyone here good with seo and internet marketing? Also any suggestions on how to get customers to leave reviews I have been in business almost 11 years and have 7 on my Facebook page and like 1 google 1 yelp. Customers just don't want to be bothered with that unless it's negative I guess.
