Have a safe, smart, and blessed New Year's, went bar hopping already...went from the Deadlift to the Squat bar, with some others small bars lol, anyway just wanted to wish my MC family here a great one!!! Just ordered my first of the year labs Hormone Panel for Males and Vitamin/Nutrient Panel, so getting checked before I start prepping for Nationals this year. God bless you all and as Papa OD would say to me..."keep storming the castle!"
