WE have done it 3 times so far ( raft) 225 miles and 16 days of pure insanity and fun !! Have also hiked most all of the trails including a " rim to rim " in one day .The rapids on the river are insane and the hikes are beautiful - but - make sure you are in great cardio shape - have trained in the heat or the canyon will eat you alive - it is beautiful - but also brutal .WE have spent several months hiking and rafting GC for over 30 years - something you will never forget ._ OD ( Pops)Originally posted by Slayer View PostComment
