  • Winter Plan for Lifting

When it comes to working out, I know I don't want to waste time and energy doing something if I'm not going to get the most out of it.

When you go to the gym, have a set goal. Know every muscle you're going to train that day, your workouts will be faster, and you'll feel like you've accomplished your goal for that day.

Music can help, get a set of headphones and great playlist to power you through your workout, and block out what's around you.

Stretching before you lift can help you warm up and get ready for that day's muscle group training. Your body can move through different stretches and range of motion. This will raise your body temperature and heart rate.

Keep rest periods low, keeping your rest periods low makes a huge difference. This increases the intensity of your workout an keeps your heart rate elevated throughout the entire workout. Plus push your cardio to the next level and allow you to work efficiently through fatigue.

Learn to cook. If you really want to improve your health and notice changes in your health and physical appearance, cooking is very important, in life and bodybuilding!!..................AM
