Hey guys just wanted to throw out some
Props to OD and Arabian. I'm on a few boards but this one and the old EB are my favorite boards. Why? Because the mods here actually care about the quality of the members and keeping the threads clean and productive!

It's not often if ever I make posts like this FWIW.....

Without getting into to much detail OD and Arabian know what this post is about , and I just wanted to say thanks for keeping a quality member base going!

I have learned tons from vets on these boards.
I have 3 gym acquaintances that go more by the seat of the pants, and misguided info.

All 3 have pretty good gyno, horrible acne etc.

The info shared here is invaluable.

Thank you, very much. We are all here to assist and make this the best board on the net. If anyone has any issues or problems just pm any mod and they will handle it. Ordawg and Knights assembled the best mod team around IMO to run and grow this board and without great members such as yourself, and others we would be nothing. I admire and respect all of our members.
