Have seen Stryper twice. They put on a good show. They're best known for being a 80's - 90's "big hair band"! lol. There were always talks about them touring with Motley Crue and they were going to call it..... "The Heaven and Hell Tour"

I grew up in the hood. So I mainly listen to rap in the gym. But I love all music, rap just gets me more in the zone. Sevin is a local Christian rap artist I'm really liking listening to him during cardio. But when I hit the weights it's either tech9ne or Metallica and those are pandora so a lot of different artist pop up while listening to those stations but those are my go to!

I like to kick it old school from time to time with N W A, Bone-Thugz, or Jay-Z for a change of pace, but I usually stick with my go to.... Slipknot!

I need to check some of these bands out. Thousand foot krutch is good, but may not be heavy enough

They're alright, but not heavy enough for my taste! lol. My "go-to" bands right now are Slipknot, 5FDP, After The Burial, Lamb of God, etc. etc...... Deathcore / Metalcore bands are an acquired taste! lol, but they'll sure get you amped up for a high intensity workout!

Here's another one I discovered.... Impending Doom. They sound like the deathcore bands Meshuggah and Born of Osiris.
