    Happy birthday Poppa OD!

    I just wanted to send out a big Happy 63 to OD. Through out the last few years I've learned a lot from this guy and I appreciate everything he's done for me whether he knows it or not. He is partial reason for this forum being here for all of us and I think that deserves a lot of credit as well. He didn't know I was gonna do this so I hope he doesn't kick my ass Happy 63 to you pops! I hope you had a great day with the family my friend

                          I swear half the guys at the gym were born in October.... is it Libre being the scales?

                          Never forget talking with a bunch of guys there was like 5 of us and our birthdays was less than a week apart
