                I know this is asking for alot, so I don't expect it to happen. We used to have all these examples of cycles to run. Old School Lifter did them over at EB and I really liked em'. They had cycles for the Beginner, Intermediate, and Extreme. I really liked all the examples of different compounds and bringing them altogether for some wicked ass cycles. Can anybody sticky something if they find these anywhere....
