How do I post / insert pics in a thread? Every time I try to do so, it says that the file is too large!? A little help please... Thanx!

Go to the toolbar and select the "insert image" icon (3rd from the right hand side) You can upload from your computer or from the host (URL) copy and link.

I assume u are on a pc then vs using a cell phone? If using a pc u will have to use photoshop or something to shrink the images. U may try hosting them on photobucket and pasting the link. That might also work.Blah blah blah Latina's ass...blah blah blah!Comment

photo shop... that is too expensive and a waste of money for what he is doing
use paint.. that comes with windows
resize and make sure it is the same percentage in both vert and horz ( because for some stupid reason paint does not do that automatically )
and save as a jpg ...

another option is infraview ... free ware that can pretty much opens any picture file out there and convert it as well as crop and resize ...

another thing when saving the jpg .. you can increase and decrease the the compression on the image as well as reduce resolution ..a "monitor / web" page can deal with real small resolution like 72 dpi
which will shrink a photo to nothing as far as computer file size.Comment

Thanks brothers for the help. I think I need to re-size the images and then post. All of the pics are from photos taken with my Samsung Galaxy S5 then downloaded to my Windows XP PC. I'll try messing with it tomorrow when I have a little more time. the S5 has a ridiculous good resolution... makes some big files ..
paint in XP does not do jpg IIRC . better download infanveiw .
it is free ware and is one of the best free programs out there ..
