    G'day.. from Australia. I hope this site will be informative and that I can add my 2 cents whenever appropriate!

    I've been lifting for around 8 years. Natural up until around 18 months ago. Since turning to the dark side I have added 18kg's & kept 15kg's of quality muscle after PCT and I have no regrets.. so far!

    I am a Personal Trainer & Gym Instructor & run outdoor group training sessions whilst also working out of one of my local gyms.

    I am a bit of a risk taker too as I have run DNP a few times as well with great results. I will try anything once (or maybe two or three times..

    Thanks for letting me become an active member of MC & I look forward to contributing to discussions!
