Thats a huge reason I came.....You guys do bend over backwards it seems with your knowledge and experience to help everyone needing advice. The diets I have seen are of tremendous value---esp since pinning is a massive waste with the proper foundation of rest/sleep, diet, and vitamins.

Hello everyone! Lots of cruising the net over the last year or so has led me here. Former college football player thats developed the furniture disease: my chest has fallen into my drawers Ive seen too many boards with bunk gear and fake posts so happy to have found a 'home'.
