Hey guys I figured I'd drop in and give a little info about me. I'm just getting back into lifting after recovering from a UEDVT (blood clot in upper body).
Height- 5'7
Weight- 150
Age- 20
I've been working out seriously for just over a year. I recently had to take a 3 month break due to my clot, but now that im clear im really looking forward to getting back into it. Slowly but surely ill get back to where i was (175). I eat a well balanced diet and luckily just moved to a town where the foods i enjoy a very reasonably priced, still looking for a good gym though. Im natty so far. A friend recommended I get on this forum and that there's a lot of intelligent bros on this site so im really looking forward to being a member.
