    How is everyone on here doing just joined this forum it was mentioned on another forum so I thought I check it out. I would like some advice on dieting I was out the gym for 6 months and been hitting now for about 2 I am not big in stature but would like to bulk up cleanly any suggestions of how can I go with this?

    Stats

    5.6 165lbs

    Diet
    brown rice
    fish
    Ezekiel bread
    mixed nuts
    whey proetein
    CMLA
    sweet potatoes
    multi vitamins
    creatine
    veggies
    fruits

    Welcome to to the board! It;s kind of hard for me to tell, since I don't know your exact stats/diet/training, you look like you have a lot of the classic BB foods, one thing I will make note of is your diet may a bit low in fat, lean beef, a whole egg, peanut butter in your shakes will help this,Most guys don't get enough efa's. I have trained a few guys and simply by upping their fat intake, they began to grow and or get more cut. Post more info if you would like, this site is wonderful about helping others!

                      Thanks for welcoming basically I do try and eat every 2.5 hours I also do add ground beef or ground turkey with some brown rice or basmati rice to my meals right now I weight 160lbs and trying to get back up to 180 my previous weight before my surgery. The reason I came on this board is because I have never took my diet serious but this time around that is something I am making a priority I went out bought a scale for my foods and instead of wasting money on supplements I rather spend on real protein so any knowledge you guys want to pass on I am here to listen.
