Hello everybody I was referred over here by a freind I'm a member of a few other forums and always willing to learn and help others with the knowledge that others have helped me with. My stats 5"9 185 don't no body fat been training for about 6 years and always looking to get bigger and stay healthy. I'm a normal family man who works his ass off hunts and fishes when he can and tries to train at least 3 to 4 days a week. I'm exited to be here looking forward to the forum
