    Hello everybody!

    Hi guys I just signed up after my good bro Zed recommended the site, I'm not BBing at the moment and I miss lifting, but finances and time are low and my choice is between gym membership and boxing/kickboxing training and as I'm currently training for a world kickboxing title shot it's in my best interests to put the money into that.
    I'm 34 years old which is a bit old for getting punched and kicked in the face and I've dropped from 250lbs @10% bf to 225lbs @around 17%

      I recognize you my friend...welcome to the MC brother, keep us updated on your training progression and let's keep the kicking in the face from you to the other competitor shall we .

                    Mattingly is a fictitious role-playing character. Kind of like Dungeons & Dragons...but for really big, cool people! Not only does Mattingly not take AAS, I doubt he could spell AAS.
