New to everything here. Actually. I only found this site through hours of research.
I'm 6'4, 215... closer 15% body fat. I've been weight training since Highschool, 23 now. I feel like i've hit that point that all natural isn't going to go further. (Besides maybe cutting down)
Basically I'm looking into gear, I'll take any tips for starters you guys are willing to give me.
