    my name says it

    hey guys, the name says it all. i'm 6'1", 165lbs and need to grow. i'm 30yrs old and am in good shape, but now i'm looking to REALLY bulk. i have never pinned before, but i have been trying to gain knowledge so i can achieve my goals.

      Welcome aboard. I new here but hang around for a while in other forums. Do not forget your diet/nutrition. Supplements work better with a good diet/nutrition.
