I'm sensei........and yes i'm a martial artist. I'm a old school traditional martial artist that got started back in the early70's. Not a MMA guy. I'm a fan of MMA but that's not my cup of tea. I was invited to this forum by MA and that doesn't stand for martial artist...lol....muscle addiction is more like it! I've always supplemented my martial arts training with exercise and weight training. I'm 53 yrs old, 6'1" and weigh 235. My BF is 15%. My goal is to get single digit BF% but maintain muscle size. 220 at 9% will do...lol....if I weigh more and stay at 9%, that's even better...lol....i'll let you young men get up to 260!
Happy to see another fellow martial artist! Your goals are not that hard. I'm 41, was in best shape of my life 38-40! Been slacking a bit last year. (Tore bicep, hamstring & graciliis). Anyway point was I'm. 5,11" was single digit bf% @225lbs. Felt looked great! Idk if u enhance or not. I'm on legit trt. But to get those results @ my age, I did step beyond trt....

Ps what you see around midsection is over stretched skin. From low-t, depression that's comes with I ballooned up to 310! Of fat!!! So w/o surgery, I'll never show a 6pack... But saggy better than plump! (@ our age)..
