I'm back and going by liffalot now, same username as I got by on most fitness forums. Some of you guys might know me from EF or NTBM.
Anyways, got lots of lifting and other workout experience and hope to be spending quite a bit of time on here to share info and learn. Glad to see another of these popping up so quickly after the shutdown.
