    Yep colder n a mofo here too. Have not made it out of single digits and negatives in over a week.

      1 week down, starting to look forward to Monday to hit it again, going to start on uv light also, thanks Zed. Did',t drink like a fish this year so don't have as much # to loose, just need to put some mass on and harden up.

        Good to hear......I'm kinda starting back myself.........last 5 months I've been hit or miss in the weight room......too much other crap that needed attention

            Here to support you too brother, we all are going through something...financially I am drowning now too, lucky to have food in the fridge and when I do it feeds the girls first, then I will get fed...nice way to stay lean though, have to find the positive in every bump in the road bro otherwise we will go into a state of depression that will effect everyone around us and loves us...and they deserve the best of what we got to offer, and you have a lot to offer brother!!!
