I mean just last week I hooked up with this hottie bartender. She brought me my food and said grab your wood....meaning wood food tray. I died laughing and told her u dont know who u are talking to like that Hun....said I'm texting 5 girls right damn now! She got excited as hell and asked to be #6!! Was sticking my hands up her pantiless mini skirt the next day at her work lmfao! True story! Only in Vegas lmao!

Tons and tons of medical hospitals, dr offices, trt, spas u name it.
Vegas has a self sufficient economy via tourism.

I was looking at the median income for jobs in medical and other fields and they are higher there than here, nice thing about a community that can support itself, well talked it over with G/F and is 100% in, swingers clubs and all, also I have to assume before long Nevada will follow behind Colorado and Washington and decriminalize smoking a joint. I will have to get with you more on somethings, but come spring/summer you might have someone to train with now and then assuming your up for that, at the least I owe you a night out..you have been a great friend.

Plural marriage? I had one wife and that was more than enough for me.

I'm a breed unto myself, it's not for everyone for sure, but with the right mix it works well...always wanted to raise children, that's our biggest motivation.

thanks kaz! Honestly I feel u or old goat beat me! my arms are my best body part but I still feel like they need more work and peak!

My diet is the hardest battle for me. I do eat clean I just need more meals/cals. It's what's keeping me from growing for sure.

I have long arms, they also look better from the side..just honest self criticism. Your short arms (no offense) and thick full muscle bellies are great. Peanut butter protein shakes..my best friend..food can be hard for me too..if your going all out throw a banana in.

We missed you brother! U can do this kaz! U competed and rose to the top. It's just a different competition now! We are here for u buddy.

Get back after it. Once u start looking better u will feel better.

Stay postive when at the gym and try to Carry that postive energy outside the gym when u leave.

Use the gym to recharge and ground u!

You do wake up night feedings?

My problem is I hate left overs so its hard to have food to eat. I need another wife or gf to cook more food for me lol. The gf said she made a kale salad the other night so maybe there's light at the end of the food tunnel lol. Except I got her so distracted at the store she forgot the kale and had to go back haha!

Glad to see you back and I to suffer more during these winter months. Do you take anything to help it and anything for ptsd? I have pstd too and refused to take anything for about 7 years and finally decided to a year ago and it has helped the ptsd a lot but the depressions still does hit, just not as hard. Remember when you feel that lonley place, that it WILL pass. Stay strong!
