    New Here!

    I'm actually not so new. I've been following a specific vendor around....just never posted anything. Anyway, I've been training for about 15 years and went to the dark side about 10 years ago. I've competed in about 8 shows in both NABBA and NPC. I've qualified for nationals twice but both times I was just too busy to prep for the show. I'm a personal trainer, and contest prep coach (certified by Lee Haney. I also own my own training facility here in Florida.
