Hi folks.
Just joined last week but forgot to introduce myself. As the title says. I am from Ireland. Just back training after a 3 month break due to me getting liver problems as a result from taking too much supplements among other things. Had yellow eyes and everything. Scary stuff. I learnt a valuable lesson so going to take things much more serious now. Have lost a lot of muscle mass (well it feels like I have) over the last 3 months so looking forward to getting back into it and hitting the gym as hard as I can. Will prob be looking for loads of advice so be warned
