What's up guys been a long time. Past 3+years has took a toll on me but I'm back and ready to be better than ever . I take it I've missed a lot in the time I was gone a lot has changed but a lot of familiar people around here .wasn't sure if Mc was still around

Welcome back Bro. I took some time off from the gym due to several torn muscles. (Both hamstrings, r bicep, & gracilis w/ 1 of the hamy's). No not @ once.. So I feel ya on commin back as I'm doin it @ the gym...

Had major back issues was put on pain meds to be honest that was the start of everything. Ended up hooked n abusing got the boot from my clinic habit became too expensive turned to dope almost ruined everything I've built in past 15 years but finally got clean after losing almost 30 lbs and my wife but all is well now time to kill it n put everything behind me

I'm not going to powder coat it or anything I'm not embarrassed I know I've fucked up but what doesn't kill you makes you stronger
