I would have to pick Jack3d ! It helps put a boost in me everytime I use it. And after working outside all day I need that boost to get me in the gym .

For pre workout Jack3d and Bullknox I find good I switch around on the protien a lot right now on a Mass weight gain since I got sick about 6 weeks ago and lost like 25lbs!! was pretty fuckin depressing!!!!

I don't see how someone can lose 25lbs in 6 weeks.

My mass gainers or shall I say "muscle builders" goes to protein Factory's Big Blast or Golden Gains(forget who makes it).

I prefer my protein from whole food, but otherwise it's some cheap whey.
