My cardio consists of 45mins daily fast walking on a treadmill. I prefer the treadmill as there are no weather conditions to contend with and I can set my speed/pace accurately.
personally i never run....but i'd prefer to walk outside when it's nice for pure enjoyment....on an incline treadmill i'll walk for excercises purposes though
I set the incline on my threadmill to the max I think is 10 & power walk, usually @4.2 speed, but I would much rather run outdoors, but due to a bad knee I can no longer run
