Yep !!
I know what it takes to make a transformation.. I need to lose about 50 pounds by may 25 and i have no doubt that i can get it done in 6 months.. First thing is to give it my all here then continue to the show i want to do..

I like to keep a very detailed records of every thing i do ..All my food is weighted and counted up to every calorie.. I keep a log of all my training and pics every week from the day i found this life style 2 years ago..
Here is just one of then many charts that i have
Last time i got down to 22o and my skin ws hanging so bad that it was a huge mental hit..
I felt i looked better at 240 fat then 220 with hanging skin.
This time i am going to put all my faith in fit guru and not let myself get mind fucked ..

Now my cardio is on a eliptical i do 1 hour with a heart rate monitor and keep my heart rate at 150.. I try and do it fasted but i alway seem to want to pass out .. my lips get tingelly and my vison gets blurred on low carb days,,

I will not waste one minute of fit guru time .. I know what a big commitment it is for him to help me and to waist his time would be a slap in the face...
