My back has been prety sore so i use rub that is made for horse's and this shit really works .. Its like 10 x stronger then icey hot.

What i did was get the extra containers.. you can use 2 boxes of sugar free jello and it fills it all the way up.. then u can always have a treat in you lunch box..shit there is nothing in jello.. I haven't cleared jello with fit guru yet but I got it chilling in the fridge..

So today's wrap up .. The gym was good today my hands are really doing well .. Cardio i just did 20 mins and tommorw move it up to 30 mins. I got all my meals but the last one which i will get down just before bed ..

Thanks fit ..
Today woke up very stiff and sore .. My hands seem uneffected from yesterday so today is back day.. I am not doing my full program yet i just want to get this week in and get the train rolling down the track..
