Been battling shoulder issues for a while but have been feeling a bit better lately and finally working back up in weights. Maxed out on military press with 245 for 3 reps last night.Mattingly is a fictitious role-playing character. Kind of like Dungeons & Dragons...but for really big, cool people! Not only does Mattingly not take AAS, I doubt he could spell AAS.

Shoulder still holding up ok. Incline DB with 120's for 8 tonight. Also was able to get 6 with 90's on Incline DB Flyes. Sitting here with ice on the shoulder to be safe while sipping on the post workout shake.
Started taking SuperCirrus a few weeks ago at the recommendation of a buddy of mine who had shoulder pain and my shoulder and elbow all of a sudden feel dramatically better the past few days. Interesting...if this continues I will be stoked. Best they have felt in years. And I haven't even started adding Deca yet!!Mattingly is a fictitious role-playing character.
