    In a couple weeks I won't be homeless anymore so I will be able to clean up my diet with fitguru's help.

        Holy shit I lost 10lbs in 2 days that's not the direction I wanted to go.
        It's been 104 here and I work out side I drank about 2 gallons of water both days and still pissed dark orange when I could piss. Dam dehydration.

          ....and....thats it for you and the big jumps bro. Thats a lot of stress on your joints. Now that your up to decent weights do it per the routine. Dont wanna see you getting hurt for no reason.
          Thats titz that your working with Fitguru, cant wait to see the results that you get from this bro.

            Yea I'm actually thinking about leaving the weight where it is for next week. It is taking a few days for shoulders, upper back to recover. May add few more warm ups too.

            For a basic shoulder warm up I start with 10lb db and do side, front raises and then prop elbow up and warm up rotator. Bench,squats,rows, DL I start out with bar weight 1set of 20, then add 50lb and do 2 sets of 20.

                    WU looks good bro.
                    Dam bro 3k/mo eating out.....OUCH!
                    Glad that your getting into you place soon.
                    On the SL 5x5 I do this to WU.
                    10 min bike at 130 BPM.
                    4x12 bod weight squats.
                    Then I do my squats. This cuz I dont do heavy squats cuz of knee issues.
                    Then on to bench...but thats a thing of the past for me....
                    Bench 5x12 at bar
                    Bench 3x12 at 135 or till I feel good.
                    Then I continue up in weight counting down in reps till I get to my working weight. Usually 4-6 more sets.
                    Now you are pretty well warmed up in your upper bod. So I dont do any additional WU for Bent over rows.

                    Then on the B workout the same WU for squats. The squats have you already warmed up for the DLs.
                    For OHP what you do is gr8.

                            Yea crazy part is we have done this for the past 5 yrs. we never really thought about it until now. That comes out to around $36k a year or $180k over the last 5. The thing we could have done with that. My wife's 57 would be finished already.

                                Guru you are gonna have you work cutout for you with me lol. The last 4 days I cleaned my diet up a little myself 2500-2800 cals 250gprotein and over 4 day I have lost almost all gains made
