Oh I forgot to mention even on my shitty diet I have lost a little fat. Forearms last night where so veiny wife said what's wrong with your arms lol. Chest looks bigger fuller in the mirror my chest has always been tough for me. Legs are definitely bigger I have to powder now so I don't get rash. Got on the scale and I'm only 216. Wife and I where laying in bed last night she grabbed my bicep and it was on. Finally wife is being nice again
