Did some looking around.... Phil has the size over jay this yr for sure. Jay and Phil did a pose down at a natty show in Ohio....offseason but jay I think is done....
Think it's going to be between Kai and Phil for sure.

Jay has grown a lot since that show bro. We shall see though! I'm excited

I'd have to see how much jay has grown cause he looked like shit at that show next to Phil. He back, arms and chest paled in comparison to phil....at that show anyways.

From what I found last night. Phil vs Kai unless Dennis pulls a rabbit from his hat. We mustn't forget about branch either.

No juicing lol!!! A thing of the past...really??? He could have just left that question out of the interview...big dummy!!! "Only orange juice!!!" was an ok answer, maybe saying juicing like Jack LaLane is still popular or something lol...Kai did keep a good composure and level head, I liked his answers to all questions asked. I really do hope he wins it this year, and by the photo earlier in this thread he looks to be a threat to the throne!!!
