I'm a fan of Heath's I really like his 'look' small joints, full rounded muscle bellies,symmetry, and ripped. Saw a video of him and he seems like a really cool, approachable guy.

I like your predictions but would like to see Branch in the top five!

I like Branch but I feel like he's been looking worn out lately. He'll really have to have to bring it this year to get a decent placing.

I think this will be one of the best Mr. O's in years.

Kai looks better here. Fixed some holes in his back I didn't like.

Without seeing their current conditioning very hard to say.

That said its def a toss up I will say this top 3 will be Phil, jay, Kai not necessarily in that order.

Kai is hungry as hell, jay wants revenge, Phil better have left nothing on the table as this will be his toughest year yet.

Did some looking around.... Phil has the size over jay this yr for sure. Jay and Phil did a pose down at a natty show in Ohio....offseason but jay I think is done....
Think it's going to be between Kai and Phil for sure.

These guys look great a week or so before the show but a lot if the time they look not so good after they diet down for the show. Some look better for the show but most look worse for sure.

Hadn't see than, I admit that is devastating, I don;t dislike Kai at all, just a surprise seeing a photo like that from recently, I admit the man is 100% beast mode!@
