Hr isn't too bad... I'd have wife get a part time job near there kind of make it even more worth while. I commute all the time though so for me driving is just part of life

Yea I bought my truck 2 yrs ago this month with 30k and today I have 162k. But my wife drives there then home then there again then home again. We are looking at houses closer in but good lord they are crazy high. A small 1000' house is about $500k

ATX the market here has gone plumb crazy. My house with out traffic is 1hr away from Austin. I bought this house 1.5yrs ago the has has gone up in value over $50k.
If I had extra time I would take a pic of this one it's a run down dump not livable in its current condition it's $400k all about location. My buddies and his wife a a basic house built in the 70's about 1100' it was given to them by her grandmother it's valued at $500+ the house next to it was remodeled and sold for $750k. Her grandmother has a condo downtown overlooking the lake $2mil.

Yea housing market is way up (thanks Obama) in 3 years I made 100k on my house just paid 400k for a nice 4 bedroom about 36 miles from Los Angeles. We bought right after the market crashed and made some money we bought this home well we could because prices are going up and it wouldn't b possible down the line.

I have been writing everything off the last two years because I didn't plan on moving so it looks like I made no money. This year and next year I can't so we can buy another house but now I owe $40k in taxes for last year. (damn Obama) Obama said if you have a business some one else built it. Well I want to know why they didn't build my business better. LOL

Lol my buddy does the same thing w all his "write offs" also bit him in the ass when he wanted to buy a house... I don't know I pay my taxes and was happy w the 12k return I got.

I don't get paid weekly. I pay myself once a month. I claimed $110k this year. I didnt pay in during the year because I didn't know we where gonna try to buy another house.

Yeah, Austin and the surrounding 'burbs are one of the most expensive cities to live in TX. I have a relative by marriage that lives right outside of Austin, and they're struggling to make ends meet. Hope everything works out for ya bro!

This is the house that was listed for $400+ it looks like its gonna sell around $312k
