Those are crazy high numbers that's awesome... And yes orange houses get up there quickly.., 2 or 3 years ago my parents house dropped too 5 or 600000... Today it hovering right around a million and it's in diamond bar about 30 miles from downtown la... I'm maybe 15 minutes more east in chino
