Seen that happen to a friend of mine .He left in a ambulance and was out of training for months.

Was he using false grip? I spotted a guy once and he used straps for bench. Seemed odd to me! He said he likes a tight grip!

he had a suicide grip. which is appropriately name ,apparently
happens when you bench for a while .. wrist issue and to compensate he didn't wrap his thumbs around
