      This morning i am down 6 pounds to 244. No training today just cardio. I have to go in early i am getting a new limo today..

                Yesterday was great !!

                Training- none
                cardio- 45 min
                h/r - @ 150
                meals 7

                My body is very sore but its normal while i get the train rolling down the track.. Diet is going very well i have never been hugrey and weight and bloat are falling off..

                          Today was legs still did not give it every thing ... Still warming up so next week i should be full power..
                          Cardio was bad today i was just to exshusted after legs i got in 10 mins and that was it.. Still need to work on getting my endurance up.

                              I should have done my cardio this morning but my body is so sore .. Being my first week back it will take a few to get back in the groove..

                              Down 5 pounds..
